Ida-Lotta has many years of experience from leader- and management position where she has also started and developed different kinds of companies and organisations.

• Management director of Friskis&Svettis Kungsbacka for ten years. From the small organisation of 2000 members to the bigger one of 9300 members.
• Regional Manager of the pioneer enterprise Hemfrid Sverige AB
• Boardexperience (from both boardmember and chairman of the board) in volonteer organisations as well as in private companies.
